Initial 12‑month term beginning 7/1/2026 with a 30‑day non‑binding trial starting on the commencement date. Agreement automatically renews for additional 12‑month terms unless either party provides at least 90 days’ written notice before the end of the then‑current term. Upon each automatic renewal, rates increase by 3.5% from the then‑current rate. Early termination by the client triggers liability for the balance of payments through the end of the term as liquidated damages.
