Engagifii Platform Provided to PSBA Under Master Agreement

End user access continues for the underlying subscription term under the Master Agreement and ends upon termination or expiration of the Master Agreement, removal of authorization, or suspension for material violation

Renewal, extension, and termination of the Engagifii services are governed by the separate Master Agreement between Engagifii, Inc. and PSBA; user access under this End User Agreement terminates automatically upon expiration or termination of that Master Agreement or removal of user authorization.
