Engagifii Platform Provided Under PSBA Master Agreement

User access continues for the then‑current subscription term under the Master Agreement and ends upon the earlier of Master Agreement termination/expiration, revocation of authorization, or suspension/termination for material violation

The Engagifii platform subscription term and any renewals are governed by the Master Agreement between Engagifii, Inc. and PSBA; this End User Agreement cannot be unilaterally modified by Provider in a way that materially diminishes rights during the current subscription term. User access terminates automatically upon Master Agreement termination or expiration, revocation of user authorization, or suspension/termination for material breach of the End User Agreement.
