Initial term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Unless earlier terminated, the agreement automatically renews on July 1 of every other year beginning in 2027 for successive two-year terms, unless either party gives written notice of termination on or before March 1 of the second year of the then-current term, in which case it ends on June 30 of that second year. Either party may also terminate on 90 days’ written notice without cause or for cause upon uncured default.
