The agreement automatically renews on July 1 of every other year beginning in 2027 for successive two-year terms unless either party gives written notice of termination on or before March 1 of the second year of the then-current term. Either party may terminate without cause on 90 days’ written notice or for cause upon uncured default. Termination also occurs if the Foundation ceases to exist or loses 501(c)(3) status, triggering asset transfer provisions.
