Owasso School District approved an MOU with CREOKS Behavioral Health Services, Inc. to provide behavioral health services to eligible students and families during the 2026-2027 school year. CREOKS will deliver services at no cost to the district, billing Medicaid for eligible students, and comply with all privacy and staffing requirements per the agreement.
