Sapulpa Public Schools has approved an MOU with CREOKS Behavioral Health Services, Inc. to provide behavioral health services to eligible students and families for the 2026-2027 school year. The provider will deliver services at school sites and act as the Medicaid billing entity. There is no direct cost to the District.
