Owasso Public Schools entered into an MOU with CREOKS Behavioral Health Services Inc to provide school-based behavioral health services for eligible students and their families from August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024. CREOKS will staff at least two qualified providers, handle Medicaid billing, and support crisis intervention while the District supplies necessary space and infrastructure.
