Initial Agreement Term runs from Service Activation Date through June 30, 2027, then automatically renews for consecutive one-year terms (July 1–June 30) at then-current OSBA rates unless either party gives at least 30 days’ written notice before the end of the current term. The Board receives a one-time 25% discount on policy hosting fees during the first 12 months and a one-time Transition Credit for any remaining term on a prior OSBA online policy agreement; agreement terminable for breach, force majeure, or failure to maintain OSBA membership.
