Initial term runs from the Service Activation Date through June 30, 2027, after which the agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms (July 1 – June 30) at OSBA’s then-current rates unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice prior to expiration. A one-time 25% discount applies to hosting fees during the first 12 months, and remaining value from any prior OSBA online policy services agreement is applied as a one-time transition credit.

Agreement
