The Village of Highland Hills Council approved Ordinance 2026-22 authorizing a Transfer Agreement with University Hospitals Health System, Inc. for redevelopment of the former Office Max site using TIF financing. The agreement facilitates temporary transfer of property title through the Village to enable tax abatement and support UH’s planned ultramodern laboratory project.
