The City of Austin plans to grant Texas Gas Service, a division of ONE Gas, Inc., a 10-year temporary pipeline and working space easement across Water Quality Protection Lands for an appraised purchase amount of $4,981. The agreement will allow construction of a 6-inch gas pipeline to improve gas supply in southwest Austin and will generate revenue for the Austin Water Utility Operating Fund.
