The City of Oviedo approved a Second Amendment to the Kingsbridge Development Agreement with Reformed Theological Seminary, updating land use entitlements on Tracts F and H to allow up to 163 student housing beds, limited caretaker housing, and revised institutional acreage. The amendment also eliminates the prior termination date so that the PUD development standards remain in effect indefinitely.
