The City of Oviedo approved a Second Amendment to the Kingsbridge Development Agreement with Reformed Theological Seminary, updating PUD land-use standards to allow up to 163 student housing beds and caretaker homes on Tracts F and H. Ordinance 1766 also modernizes institutional acreage limits and removes prior dormitory restrictions while preserving overall development controls.
