Durham Region is poised to enter a Construction Agreement with Metrolinx to relocate Regional storm and sanitary sewers and install new water connections at the Oshawa GO Station as part of the GO Expansion corridor improvements. Under the agreement, Metrolinx will fully fund and deliver the Regional infrastructure works, acquire necessary land, and provide required insurance and access, while the Region waives the standard letter of credit security.
