Durham Region is preparing to enter into a Construction Agreement with Metrolinx to relocate Regional storm and sanitary sewers and install new water services as part of the Oshawa GO Station redevelopment. All Regional infrastructure works will be funded by Metrolinx, and the Region will waive its standard letter-of-credit requirement given Metrolinx’s status as a provincial agency.
