Description

San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District is considering entering into a multi-party agreement with the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority to create the Inland Empire Brine Line Capacity Utilization Program. The program would allow SAWPA to lease unused pipeline and treatment capacity while preserving existing capacity rights for member agencies.
