The City of Pendleton will enter into an agreement with the Oregon Department of Energy under ECAPP #26-078 to receive up to $35,000 in incentives for energy benchmarking, management planning, and audit work at the Pendleton Convention Center. The grant reimburses City expenditures as it works to meet the state’s Building Performance Standard by June 1, 2029.
