Sylvan Township Water and Sewer Authority will continue operating and maintaining the Jackson County portion of the Grass Lake Interceptor under the existing 2001 agreement during ownership transfer and until a new operations and maintenance agreement is negotiated. The arrangement defines ongoing utility service responsibilities for the interceptor.
