Description

Washtenaw County continues as owner of the Grass Lake/Sylvan Township Interceptor under the 2001 agreement until the interceptor bonds and related financing are fully paid, after which ownership will transfer to Sylvan Township. This arrangement governs legal title to the sewer interceptor infrastructure during the financing period.
