County Retains Ownership of Grass Lake Interceptor

Washtenaw County continues as owner of the Grass Lake/Sylvan Township Interceptor under the 2001 agreement until the interceptor bonds and related financing are fully paid, after which ownership will transfer to Sylvan Township.
