The City of Encinitas plans to execute a Program-Specific Memorandum of Understanding with Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) for the Master Crime Insurance Program effective July 1, 2026. This action maintains the City’s existing crime insurance coverage structure within the PRISM risk pool, with annual premiums set by PRISM.
