Description

The Waynesville Town Council approved a $99,850 contract with McMillan, Pazdan, Smith Architects to prepare a Preliminary Architectural Report for Fire Station #2, a prerequisite for releasing $2.97 million in USDA earmark funds. A companion $124,850 budget amendment was adopted to finance the report, which is expected to be completed by September 2027 and may lead to additional design work including renovations to Fire Station #1.
