The Council selected McGill and Associates to provide engineering design, bidding, and construction administration services for the Little Champion Wastewater Renovation Project, funded by roughly $14.99 million in state grants and loans. Staff will now negotiate fees for the engineering evaluation and full project scope to relocate the Richland Creek junction box and associated sewer outfalls.
