SBCAG will amend its memorandum of understanding with the City of Santa Barbara for pre-construction work on the Santa Barbara Eastside Project, reducing the total pre-construction budget by $413,000 to a not-to-exceed $1,160,000. SBCAG will contribute $675,700 in RSTP and SB1 funds, with the City covering the balance, and the project term remains through December 31, 2027.
