SBCAG amended its Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Santa Barbara for pre-construction work on the Santa Barbara Eastside Project, reducing the pre-construction budget to a not-to-exceed $1,160,000 and lowering SBCAG’s funding share while keeping the term through December 31, 2027. The City will fund the remaining balance of pre-construction costs.
