The Town of Plymouth plans to execute a Solar Power and Services Agreement with Greenskies Clean Energy LLC to provide behind‑the‑meter solar power at the DPW Headquarters and Plymouth Public Library. The 20‑year PPA, with an optional 5‑year extension, is expected to contribute to projected townwide solar savings of about $4.55 million over 20 years.

Initial 20‑year PPA term with Host option to renew once for 5 years, not to exceed 30 years from Commercial Operation Date. Host has purchase options at years 6, 10, 15, and at the end of the term, at the greater of fair market value or the scheduled early termination fee. Renewal rate to be mutually agreed; if not agreed, agreement expires at end of initial term.
