The Plymouth Select Board is set to execute a Solar Power and Services Agreement with Greenskies Clean Energy LLC for photovoltaic arrays at the DPW Headquarters and Plymouth Public Library under a long‑term power purchase agreement. The 20‑year PPA, with a possible 5‑year renewal, is projected to save the town approximately $227,513 annually, or $4.55 million over 20 years.
