The Urban Renewal Authority is asked to adopt Resolution 20 approving a Tax Increment Revenue Agreement with the Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership, granting the Authority 100% of the Partnership’s general fund property tax increment in the plan area for the 25-year TIF term. The funds will advance mixed-use redevelopment and infrastructure under the urban renewal plan.
