The City of Clearwater will engage Ruckus Investments, LC d/b/a Quality Mowers and/or Quality Power for as-needed purchases and repair services for small 2-cycle and battery-operated equipment. The contract is effective May 21, 2026 through May 20, 2027 with two optional one-year renewals and a cumulative annual cap of $310,000.00 shared among vendors.
