Westminster City Council authorized an amendment to its Citywide Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation contract with Martin Marietta Materials, Inc., increasing the total authorized expenditure to $11,362,877 for the 2026 program. The amendment funds approximately 100 lane miles of mill-and-overlay work citywide, including additional projects supported by the 3H paramedics and pavement ballot measure.
