Lost Hills Water District will be able to purchase a share of up to 32,000 acre-feet of surplus State Water Project water from Central Coast Water Authority in 2026. The board-approved agreement sets tiered pricing by month and allocates downstream conveyance and liability responsibilities to the Westside Districts.
