Initial 24-month term through June 30, 2028 automatically renews for successive 12-month Extension Periods unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 45 days before the start of an Extension Period. EduTech must notify the District at least 60 days before each Extension Period of the payment amount due; if it fails to do so, the next period’s amount equals the current 12-month period’s amount. Agreement is also terminable for nonpayment and material breaches including privacy violations.
