TECHNOLOGY

Initial term of thirty-six (36) months from July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2029, with automatic twelve (12) month extension periods thereafter

Agreement term is 36 months starting July 1, 2026, and thereafter automatically extends for successive 12-month Extension Periods unless either party provides at least 45 days’ written notice before the start of an Extension Period. EduTech must notify the District at least 60 days before each Extension Period of the payment amount due; if EduTech does not, the next year’s payment equals the current 12-month amount. Termination is also permitted for nonpayment after a five-business-day cure period.
