City plans housing land sale deal with YWCA Regina

The City of Regina plans to enter into a Land Sale Agreement, Contribution and Operating Agreement, and Conditional Option to Purchase Agreements with YWCA Regina for the sale of 2710 5th Avenue to own and operate Rapid Housing Initiative 3 units. Any unused Housing Accelerator Funds from the project may be provided to YWCA Regina to help complete the main floor community space.
