City plans land sale and agreements with YWCA Regina

The City of Regina Executive Committee recommends that Council approve entering into a land sale, contribution and operating agreement, and conditional option to purchase with YWCA Regina for 2710 5th Avenue to support the Rapid Housing Initiative 3 units. The recommendation also allows unused Housing Accelerator Funds from the project to be provided to YWCA Regina to finish the main floor community space.
