Austin Energy is requesting Council authorization for a new vegetation management contract with Wright Tree Service, Inc., not to exceed $9 million over a potential six-year term. The contract will cover tree trimming and vegetation control around street lighting and associated power lines to support reliability, safety, and storm restoration operations.
