Professional Services Agreement term begins on Mayor’s signature date and continues until all process milestones in Exhibit A are attained; ongoing annual support and hosting program, terminable by the Town at any time

Ongoing security, hosting, and maintenance program is billed annually at $2,250 and may be terminated by the Town at any time without a cancellation fee. Core project fee up to $28,750 is a fixed one-time amount; any expansion of scope requires a mutually agreed written supplement.
