Batavia plans to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding and Undertaking Agreement with Genesee County for administration of a $500,000 Empire State Development infrastructure grant to upgrade the Naramore Pump Station. The City will manage the project and grant compliance while the County remains the primary awardee and pays a $5,000 commitment fee.
