Downtown Pursues MT Avenue Land Deal With BNSF

The Downtown Billings Partnership is negotiating with BNSF Railroad on a potential land assemblage contract to purchase BNSF-owned parcels along MT Avenue between N 21st and N 29th Streets. The deal would shift ownership from leased railroad land to fee ownership by building owners after DBP acquires the properties, enabling new downtown development options.
