TECHNOLOGY

Initial Term: 10 years from the Acceptance Date (no earlier than July 1, 2026), with an optional 60‑month extension and automatic month‑to‑month renewal thereafter until terminated on 30 days’ written notice

IRU term is 10 years from the Acceptance Date, after which Grantee may elect a 60‑month extension by giving 90 days’ written notice and paying the IRU Extension Fee of $80.00 per month. Upon expiration of the initial term or extension, the agreement automatically renews on a month‑to‑month basis until either party terminates with 30 days’ written notice.
