The Middlesex County Utilities Authority, through its engineer, presented Plan Amendment 2026-2 to laterally and vertically expand the Middlesex County Landfill, adding about 20 million cubic yards of capacity to extend operations to approximately 2050. The phased project would develop Cell 10 with modern environmental controls while maintaining existing hours and accepted waste types.
