Miami-Dade County ratified an MOU with the School Board of Miami-Dade County to reimburse up to $200,000 in costs for tree acquisition, planting, and maintenance as part of a joint effort to reach a 30 percent tree canopy. The County will fund 50 percent of eligible project costs as approved by RER-DERM on a reimbursement basis.
