Effective upon client signature on or after June 9, 2026; subscription services from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with automatic annual renewals thereafter unless terminated in writing

Subscription services commence July 1, 2026 (or the date of signing, whichever is later) through June 30, 2027, and will automatically renew on July 1 each year at then-current rates unless terminated in writing. If subscription costs increase by more than 20% over this agreement, the client will receive 60 days’ notice of the rate increase; the overall agreement may be terminated for material breach with 90 days’ written notice if not cured.
