Hennepin County plans to enter Joint Powers Agreement A2613478 with the City of Minneapolis to receive $250,000 to fund a full-time victim advocate in the Domestic Abuse Service Center from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. The position will provide trauma-informed services on felony and non-felony gone-on-arrival domestic violence cases to enhance victim safety and system response.
