Smithwater Towns Sewer Ownership Agreement Finalized

TMC Smithwater, LLC has entered into an ownership agreement with the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District to construct nearly 2,912 feet of gravity sewer for 92 lots in the Smithwater Towns project and transfer the completed line to District ownership. SSSD will participate in off-site construction costs in accordance with its Sewer Extension Policy.
