Ownership Agreement for 7-Eleven Sewer Extension Approved

C4 CStore Holdings V, LLC has entered into an ownership agreement with the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District to build approximately 2,355 feet of gravity sewer to serve the 7-Eleven Store #42682 off Asheville Highway. SSSD will participate in off-site sewer construction costs in accordance with its Sewer Extension Policy, and the completed line will be transferred to District ownership.
