Prospect Human Services has asked Strathmore Town Council to grandfather and maintain the existing painted crosswalk by Town Hall at no cost to the municipality, relying on community volunteers and sponsors until the pavement must be replaced. The Town would keep oversight and could require its removal if safety or road conditions change.
