City Moves to Terminate Papio Bay CMAR Contract

Through Resolution R26-0153, Papillion City Council will consider ending use of the CMAR delivery method for the Papio Bay Aquatic Center expansion and renovation and terminating its CMAR contract with Sampson Construction. This action would shift project delivery away from the current construction manager at risk arrangement.
