Metro proposes awarding five-year IDIQ contracts to Giesecke & Devrient ePayments America Inc. for both TAP smart card manufacturing and card fulfillment and distribution services. The combined TAP fare media program is capped at $54.15 million over up to five years starting July 1, 2026, pending resolution of any protests.
