Western Municipal Water District authorized its General Manager to execute a reimbursement agreement with Pulte Home Company, LLC for the design and construction of the Blackburn Waterline Pipeline and related facilities. This project is funded by the Added Facilities Charge Reserve from the Riverside Water Fund 20. The agreement was approved unanimously by the Board.
